I'm a single mum, currently living in a share house. Lease is up in August 26, looking for my own space then. Perhaps a little granny flat, or flat/house of some kind. Ideally budget is around $300-$330. Happy to discuss.

By the time of moving my daughter will be 6 months. If something suitable came up sooner, could possibly move in sooner. I have a great rental history, previously employed full time but I am currently on maternity leave. Previously owned my own cleaning business prior to working in retail Operations. If granny flat is on someone's property that is for rent, happy to maybe do a house clean as well, as apart of living on the property/cheaper rent.
