Hi. I'm Lee.
I live in the eastern suburbs, but I miss the beach! I'm looking to find a room, with access to a private bathroom, in (preferably) an owner-occupied home close to the beach (walking distance ideal).

I wish to secure a peaceful retreat with the intention of spreading my time between both locations. With three to four days being spent every week at each location. While I require a flexible arrangement, I'll certainly commit to a regular fixed rental. Why am I seeking such an arrangement? The simple answer is, my partner and I share a home office/workshop, and it gets very busy and noisy at times. So a peaceful sanctuary it is not 😌 I just want a little space by the water to chill out in between the busyness of life. And like most, I enjoy a good chat and a laugh with like minded people. I'm particularly comfortable with animal loving folks since I'm a sensitive gal who's never been without a dog or two (or three) to welcome me home 🐶 I have three lovely small dogs, but would only have one with me (if at all) when I'm staying.

To sum up, I'm an active, health conscious woman seeking an additional living space with one or two 40+ females, whose values align with my own. I'm open to negotiation regards a fixed rental amount. Cheers for now!
