Hey, I'm Kate!
I'm down to earth, friendly, respectful and value open/clear communication with everyone I meet. I keep my mental clutter in check with tidy and clean spaces, so looking after my belongings and the spaces/things that are entrusted to me, is part of my routine.

Currently on hiatus after 14 years in a corporate career, I wrapped up a seven month trip around the country last month and I'm ready to settle into a home.

I'm searching for a space without housemates, for at least six months with a view to extend, that offers off-street parking for my campervan, and serves as a quiet retreat where I can unwind in privacy and peace.
