Hi, I’m Riley. I’m a friendly, respectful, and easy-going young guy who really values a peaceful and comfortable home. I’m clean and tidy, mindful of shared spaces, and the sort of person who is easy to communicate with and happy to keep things simple and drama-free.

I’ve recently come to Coffs Harbour after travelling around Australia for the past 6 months in my camper van, and I’m now looking to settle locally, work, and build a good routine and lifestyle here. I’m at a stage where I’m really valuing stability, a nice environment, and I really like this area and think it’s a great place to live.

I think I’d be great to have on your property because I’m reliable, low-fuss, and genuinely appreciative of having a good place to live. I’d treat the studio or granny flat with care, be respectful of your space and privacy, and just aim to make things easy and comfortable all around.

I’ve recently secured local full-time work, so although I don’t yet have a full set of recent payslips, I can provide employment details, references, proof of funds, previous address history, and any other supporting information that may be needed. I’m financially responsible, and pride myself on being honest and reliable.

I’m really just hoping to find a place that feels like a good fit and somewhere I can properly settle into in this next chapter. I’d appreciate the opportunity, and would aim to be the kind of tenant who makes things feel easy, respectful, and straightforward.
