My name is Sue and I’m a student at UTAS studying Bachelor of Nursing. I’m currently looking for a quiet and clean room to call home.

Here’s a bit about myself. I’m a bit of a homebody. I spend most of my time studying in my room, watching movies, or just relaxing. I’m not a party person and I don’t host guests often, so you won’t have to worry about noise or extra people.

I’m introverted but friendly. I highly respect others' privacy and personal space. I’m looking for a peaceful environment where everyone can have their own "me-time."

Financials: Although I don't have a part-time job at the moment to focus on my studies, I am financially stable with a guaranteed budget from my family/savings, so I will always pay rent and bills on time.
