I’m a quiet, clean, considerate person seeking a light-filled, self-contained, unfurnished home to rent for myself long-term.

I’ve lived in this area for more than 15 years and would love to remain local. I work as a sleep therapist and counsellor, and I also run a grassroots charity, sleepanddream.org.au.

Living alone is important to me because I value a peaceful home environment and keep a rhythm of early mornings and early nights. After a full workload, home is where I restore.

I’m house-proud, take excellent care of where I live, and always treat a home with genuine respect. I often leave places better than I found them. I also love gardening.

A friend suggested I post here, as self-contained or unusual possibilities often come up this way.

I need to move out of my current place by April 21, so something available soon would be wonderful — though I do have an interim option, so I can also make a later start date work.
