Looking for a Room - Epsom / Huntly / North Bendigo Area (Fosterville Miner)

​Hi everyone, I’m a 45-year-old guy looking for a quiet, clean room to rent close to the Fosterville mine.

​I work at the mine on a 7-day roster. When I am off shift, I head back down to Pakenham to see my kids, which means I will barely be at the house half the time. You’ll essentially be getting full-time rent for a part-time housemate.

​Quiet, respectful, and tidy. ​
Not a party guy - when I'm at the house, I’m mostly just resting up between heavy shifts, working out, or sleeping. ​Always pay rent and bills on time.

​What I’m looking for:

​A furnished or unfurnished room. ​Quiet housemates (preferably other shift workers or professionals). ​Budget: Around $200 - $250 a week.

Need a place for long term due to work and not having to worry about looking for a place to stay for the week while im in Bendigo
