Hi everyone,

I’m Wenfeng, an international student starting my Master of Social Work at Southern Cross University Gold Coast from late June.

I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who keeps common areas tidy, pays rent on time, and doesn’t host parties or make noise late at night. I’m looking for a room near the Gold Coast campus (Bilinga/Coolangatta area), with a move-in date around 25th June, and a budget up to $320/week (preferably including bills).
