Im 19, working monday-friday 6:30am till 3pm. i have a cat but am able to find somewhere else for her to live if required. i wouldn't have any more than 2 friends over at a time but if nobody is allowed over thats ok too. will likely spend most if my time in my room or out of the house. fully willing and capable of doing any chores and yardwork that is required. i get along well with people and dont have any anger/mental issues or anything like that. just looking for a place to live for a couple months until my friend is able to move iut with me. im flexible with mostly everything so if anything is required of me im willing to cooperate.
