Hi there,
My name is Clara, I’m currently looking for a room in a shared house in Darwin, ideally in The Gardens, Stuart Park, Darwin City, or Bayview (or nearby central areas).
I’m arriving on April 27 and planning to stay for 6–7 months. I don’t have a car, so I’m looking for a well-located place with easy access to the city.
I’m a calm, quiet, and respectful person. I don’t smoke, I’m very clean and organized, and I always make sure to leave shared spaces tidy. I have a healthy lifestyle — I work, go to the gym, go for walks, and spend time with friends. I’m social and open to conversation, but also really appreciate a peaceful home environment.
Ideally, I would love a room with a private bathroom, but it’s not essential. A property with a pool or gym would be a big plus, but not a requirement.
My budget is around $300 per week, but I can go up to $350 per week for the right place.
