Looking for a room to rent -Female

I am looking for a room to rent for myself with a move-in date around May 25th.

I am a female. I am very responsible, tidy, and easy-going. I value a quiet and clean living environment as I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and have no pets.

My Requirements:
• Budget: $200 per week (including all utilities: water, electricity, and internet).
• Location: Ideally in the City Center or surrounding suburbs with easy access to public transport to the center.
• Room Type: Private room.
