Former home-owner in a transition period exploring temporary accommodation options. Move-in, move-out, and stay length all negotiable.

Location preference: coastal areas extending from Brighton to Seaford /OR close to Flinders University.

Pets: 2x chihuahuas
1x male (3yo)
1x female (1yo)
Very friendly and well controlled, trained using stock-working dog methods, only need to be inside overnight in a crate, accompany me most places (including work at times).
I have an electronic barking deterrent for use if a new environment gets them going whilst I am not on the property.
Seeking secure fenced yard, preference to not share space with medium-large, high-energy dogs (for their safety) /OR snarky(ish) female dogs (for canine social cohesion - 2x female dogs tends toward issues - I don't make the rules).

Things I am cool with:

- Social households
- Shift workers coming/going late hours
- Staying with a friend or my partner upon request if you are seeking privacy/space for short periods during my stay
- Open to FIFO-style living arrangements where rent is paid intermittently (e.g. 1x week in, 1x week out)
- Providing rental reference letters

Things I adore: proactive communication, healthy boundaries.

I work most weekdays, I'm a fairly extroverted person but like to withdraw from shared spaces on work evenings after tidying up, surf early mornings often.
I will likely be out for the majority of most weekends, and travel regionally frequently to visit my family.
