Gina and Julian

Kia Ora I’m Gina and my partner is Julian, we are from Aotearoa/New Zealand. We have been living in Australia for 2.5 years, renting in Adelaide and then house sitting full time. We are looking for a South Coast residence between Narooma and Durras North to settle down for a while to work and play and get to know the community.
We are both passionate about our trades, Julian is an arborist and I am a barber. We have similar interests in flora & fauna, dancing, yoga, music & gigs, crafting, gaming, cooking & baking, and film & tv. I’ve been vegan for 11 years and cook dinner at home every night. We love pets but don’t have any of our own, mostly why we have enjoyed pet sitting for the last year.
We are pretty chill people (I’m sure everyone says that) and have been sober for 5+ years but we love a party and going out to gigs/doofs. We like to chill at home and having a comfortable warm space is important to us. Equal parts introvert/extrovert but need time alone to recharge and respect that whoever we live with has the same need for privacy and space.
We have plenty of references for how we care for a home, many from house sitting and we are happy to slide into a cleaning roster and share chores to look after your house. Looking forward to getting to know you and the area!
