Looking for a private room.

Hi, my name is Ian. I moved to Tamworth a few days ago to start a full-time position at the airport.
I'm here for a 3-4-year work commitment. I am looking for a room in a quiet, tidy household.

I am going to work at the airport, so close to the airport would be great (max 15 minutes driving).
I’ve been living in shared houses in Brisbane for several years, so I always respect the rules and other housemates and keep things tidy.

I will be out during the weekdays for work from 7 to 5, and doing some reading at night.
On weekends, I love to go hiking and potentially drive to Brisbane monthly.
