Hey I'm Dave. I've lived in the southern suburbs my entire life, the last 10 of those years in Seaford. For fun I regularly hit the gym and spend time with family. At home I generally just keep to myself, but I'm happy to chat if you are, or lend a hand if you'd like some help.

I'm fairly tidy, and use headphones for music etc so I don't disturb others. I reliably always pay rent on time; auto-payments make that easy.
