I'm a 26-year-old Korean currently living in Riverstone Crossing on the Gold Coast. I'm studying English and working part-time while actively looking for a full-time position.

I'm very clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, going to the gym, and staying active. I don't smoke, rarely drink, and prefer a tidy and relaxed home environment.

I'm looking for a room before 12 June. My budget is around $200–$300 per week, although I'm happy to consider higher-priced options if the location, room, and amenities are a good fit.

I'm reliable with rent payments, respectful of shared spaces, and always clean up after myself. I value open communication and enjoy living in a friendly, drama-free household. I'm comfortable living with people from different backgrounds and appreciate a home where everyone is considerate and respectful.
