I am a Japanese woman currently looking for a private room in Cairns City from June 10.

I understand that a home is an important asset, so I will always treat it with care and respect. In the past, I have often been told that people would be happy for me to stay long-term.

I am clean, tidy, respectful, and reliable.
I run my own company in Japan while also working in marketing here in Australia.

I always pay rent on time.

As for my lifestyle, I am usually out during the day, but when I am home, I sometimes have work meetings or phone calls. Because of this, I would appreciate a room where daytime and occasional late-night phone calls are acceptable. Of course, I am always mindful of my speaking volume and respectful of others.

I am looking for:

* A private room
* Preferably with a desk
* Non-smoking environment
