Hey all, I'm a graduate paramedic placed in Cooma for my first year at NSW ambulance. I arrive some time in September after a 6 week induction in Sydney.

I'm from Bendigo in Victoria and am looking for an affordable spot to share with a housemate while I'm here for my grad year.

I like to keep things tidy and am pretty quiet. I like being outdoors as much as I can and I'll be working most likely a 4 on 4 off 24hr roster.

I'd ideally like an ensuite but I'm happy to negotiate. I am also after a shed/garage for my car as I go camping fairly often.

I also come with a 60 inch smart TV and a JBL soundbar so you're pretty much set for premo movie nights if I'm working 🍿

I love cooking and would be happy to split meal prep/cooking with a housemate if they are interested.

I'm an animal lover and more than happy living with pets as long as they are trained, or calm natured.
