Hi there,

My name is Kaowfang, and I’m from Thailand. I’ll be arriving in Darwin on a Work and Holiday Visa and am looking for a single room in a shared house.

Preferred locations are Darwin CBD, Casuarina, or nearby areas. I’m a quiet, respectful, clean, and easy-going person. As an introvert, I enjoy a peaceful living environment and always respect other people’s privacy and space.

I’m looking for a long-term stay (3+ months) and my budget is around AUD 250–300 per week. Including bills would be a bonus.

My move-in date is 28 June 2026.

I am a non-smoker, do not have pets, and can provide references if required.
