I am currently working full-time at John Dee Meat Processing Factory here in Warwick. I hold a work visa and have a 4-year work contract / permanent employment, so I can commit to long-term rental.
I am looking for accommodation together with 3 other male work colleagues — we are 4 people total.
We are searching for a place in Warwick: preferably a 4-bedroom house, flat, or large unit — any suitable home that fits 4 people.
We are all reliable, hardworking, quiet, respectful, and pay rent/bills on time. We take good care of the property and keep it clean.
We have all our documents ready: visa, employment contract, payslips, tax file numbers, and references — everything you may ask for, we can provide easily and quickly.
We are looking for a long-term rental (multiple years) and hope to find a good home soon.
