I'm a 51-year-old man who loves sailing, all things tech, and nature. I work 2 jobs, one driving taxi’s which is often full-time and can finish late, and the other is more part-time as self employed it tech looking after some older clients from when i was in perth by remote.

I am also in training to become an educator and mentor mainly focused on teens and twenty somethings where group skills and leadership can be lacking.

I prefer living in a clean, quiet studio where I can retreat to my room for peaceful nights in. I don't smoke, don't drink regularly and if i do it will be a single light strength beer, but I do have a ragdoll cat that sleeps 99% of the day and is very friendly and clean also.

My ideal home is a sanctuary where I can unwind after a busy day, surrounded by tranquility and simplicity.

I have listed a high rate per week which is my extreme max. If i have to go high id rather that than be homeless but long term im aiming for something fair and reasonable for the space and resources, say $250 ish for a small room and shared access to house and including costs? Im always happy to cook for the household and will maintain my own foods regardless due to trying to lose weight so on set diets.
