Hey, I am Max, looking for flexible room / lease i work (Civil Construction) and i like to chase the money to whoever is paying more, most the time its normally 2-3 months per site depending on the site and what needs to be done. So its hard to know if can stay for 3+ months. So i don't really want to commit to saying i can stay X amount of time when i don't know if i can or not

In saying that I try and do 10 hour days 7 days a week if possible, I pretty much just need a place to crash that has a bed and preferably my own bathroom. I wake up early and i come back have dinner / wind down

( Current Job Site is in Globe Derby Park & Potentially going to the RAAF Base / Osborne either way somewhere centralized in the northan suburbs would be perfect )

I typically like to wake up at 4-5am, out of bed by 7am on days that i don't work,

I am reliable to pay rent on time everytime, & i tend to buy more food then i need & can eat

I can get along with anyone, I am quite & respectable hardly drink, non smoker, Originally from Tasmania, and an honest bloke just saving money.

Outside of work i find anything and everything fun, pretty spontaneous anything from relaxing & binge watching tv shows to getting out and exploring new places (most of SA i am new too)

If you PM me about a location, just be aware that i am newish to SA and you will need to say how far away it is to things like woolworths / shopping centers as i am not really familiar with most the areas

I have a car and prefer to have off street parking but i don't mind street parking if its a "nice" area
