Hi! I’m Jonathan, a 25-year-old from China. I’m friendly, respectful, clean and easy to live with. I always keep shared areas tidy, clean up after myself and respect other people’s privacy and space.

I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and exploring new places in my free time. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I’m a quiet person who values a peaceful home.

I’m looking for a room that I can move into immediately and would like to stay for at least 3 months, or longer if it’s a good fit. I’m a reliable tenant and always pay my rent on time.
