Hello my name is Taurie,

A little about me:
• I work from home making jewellery.
• Most of my work is quiet and can be done safely indoors.
• I do need access to a small space in a shed for my electroforming setup, as that part of the process is done separately. This also could potentially be done in a private space outside
• I also have a steady Centrelink income due to health conditions
• I do not smoke, drink, party or drive (I do ride a bike)
• I am a chilled respectful person looking for a long term rental to settle in to
• I treat every place like it is my own home
• I have minimum visitors keeping to family and a small handful of very close friends

Preferred location:
• Anywhere north (not too far north), north/east, east or I am open to west for the right home.

Ideally I’m looking for:
• A self-contained granny flat or similar space where I can live alone. Would love a long term arrangement if all parties are happy

Budget:
• Up to $350/week for a self-contained granny flat (including all bills).
• Up to $250 per week not including bills

Important for me:
• A peaceful home.
• Away from main roads (I’m sensitive to traffic noise).
• Non-smokers.
• Not a party house.
• Close to public transport if possible (open to this not being the case for the right home)
• Privacy
• I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful. I really value downtime and being considerate of peoples need for space and quiet.

I recently turned 40 and I’m really craving a peaceful place to settle and feel grounded again.

I have great references and have never missed a rent payment.
