Hi! I’m Lisha, a 24-year-old woman from China. I’ll be moving to Adelaide in August to begin a research master’s degree at the University of Adelaide, focusing on artificial intelligence and machine learning.

I’m friendly, tidy and considerate. I enjoy living in a peaceful and clean home, and I always respect other people’s privacy and personal space. I’m independent, but I’m also happy to have a chat or share a meal occasionally with my housemates. I’m not a party person, and I’ll be mainly focused on my studies and research.

I’m a non-smoker, I don’t have any pets, and I’m happy to follow a cleaning roster and reasonable house rules.

I’m looking for a furnished private room with convenient public transport to Adelaide CBD. I’m planning to move in around 20–24 August and would ideally like to stay for at least 12 months.
