26-year-old doctor relocating to Toowoomba for a hospital position from late January 2027. Looking for a quiet, clean granny flat, studio or room in an owner-occupied home.
I work rotating shifts including nights, so daytime quiet is important. Unfurnished is preferred. My wife is based in Brisbane and would occasionally stay overnight. I’m very tidy, non-smoking and happy to provide professional references.
