Hi, I’m Umar. I’m a postgraduate student and researcher moving to the Roseworthy area for my studies. I’m friendly, respectful, tidy and easygoing, and I appreciate a clean and comfortable home.

Most of my time is spent studying, doing research, going to the gym and enjoying a fairly relaxed lifestyle. I’m happy to have a chat, share an occasional meal or coffee, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I’m looking for a peaceful and welcoming home with considerate housemates. I value cleanliness, good communication and a relaxed atmosphere, especially somewhere that is suitable for study and rest.

I’m responsible with shared spaces and would treat the home as if it were my own. Ideally, I’m looking for accommodation around Roseworthy, Gawler or the nearby suburbs with convenient access to the university.
