Hi there,
My name is Poole. I am a 28-year-old male from China, currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV). I am looking for a reliable and comfortable share room in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
Here is a little bit about me:
• Clean & Tidy: I am highly organized, respectful of shared spaces, and always clean up after myself.
• Good Habits: I do not smoke, do not have any pets, and do not throw parties.
• Quiet & Respectful: I maintain a regular daily routine and always respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of my flatmates and neighbors.
• Responsible Tenant: Once my accommodation is confirmed, I will be securing employment immediately. I have sufficient savings to pay rent and bills on time, and I promise to take great care of the property and fully abide by the lease agreement.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully arranging an inspection soon!
Best regards,
Poole
