Hey how you going :)

My name is Niki. I am a friendly 32 year old Australian.

I'm very clean, somewhat introverted and quiet, and a friendly, respectful person. I have just come from the mainland and just got a full time job in Burnie so would like a place close to work. I am hoping for a non-contract room/no minimum stay - just just while I see how this job pans out. I do love to cook/don't like microwave meals, so am looking for a place that doesnt mind me using the kitchen :)

I would preferably be after a place with my own bathroom. My new job will have early starts sometimes, so of course I will be respectful and quiet but someone who is ok with these hours and me making a cup of coffee in the morning.

I am easy, simple, reliable, and a quiet person. I like things very clean, so the last of your worries with me would be me not taking care of and upkeeping your place properly. I also like living with clean people if I am sharing a bathroom etc. I want a place that I can feel comfortable in.

I do smoke, but also make sure I do it outside and very respectful of people who do not like it. If you don't want a smoker that is fine I am happy to never smoke around or outside the home it's no dramas. I am open to any questions you may have for me. Hope to hear from you :)
