This property is perfect for a single parent and their child, a couple or two friends looking to live together. I am nineteen and of Filipino nationality, although very much Aussie by nature; I moved from Philippines to Adelaide when I was three and have grown up around the western suburbs. I'm very familiar with arvo beach hangs and just a very laid-back atmosphere. I'm open-minded, friendly and enjoy a good laugh, so there will never be short of conversation possibilities and a little bit of banter goes far. I do like to socialise when the occasion rises, I particularly enjoy socialising around a good meal, in or out of the home. Coming from a large family mainly comprised of younger siblings, I understand the need for a peaceful and quiet environment and I am respectful and empathetic of others around me; I have a great deal of love for quiet times. Mostly when I'm not working full-time I tend to cultivating hobbies (e.g. writing, filmmaking, photography). I am taking my second gap-year to work on my savings, and currently work in the CBD, but plan to attend Adelaide University in either 2018 or 2019. Homes that are placed near a train/tram-line or bus-stop close to the city, or are a convenient bike-ride away are mostly ideal. Inside the confines of a home, I understand that sharing a space calls for mutual respect, and I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces and belongings. I clean up after myself and pull my weight when it comes to all household chores, but I am also willing to help out others, because I understand that not everyone in a household has the same routine. I'm LGBT+ friendly, and I don't own any personal pets, but have a family cat called Cheddar whom I adore to bits. But if you have pets, I'm all for it - the more the merrier!
