We will soon have available one single bed fully furnished generous sized room, we generally rent our rooms to foreign female students. The room is at the front of the house, so natural light and outlook are both good, and is shaded by a front verandah so it doesn’t get direct sun. The room is large enough to have a small private lounge with a TV. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. The toilet is separate from the bathroom so less waiting, the kitchen is well appointed and has been renovated. The house is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping). The house has lawns front and back and some outdoor chairs. Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the other house mates. No lease, no bond. I'm happy to answer any questions and arrange for an inspection anytime. Cheers Stewart.

Hi my name is Michael and I will make a stress free and friendly flatmate. I'm a motivated student and will be riding my bike to UniSA City West and working in the city. I'm a tidy, respectful and nice person to live with. I've been in Copenhagen the past year and will come straight from there to Adelaide. I have plenty of friends in SA and I like travelling, sport, trying new things and learning about anything. I've rented in Adelaide for over three years. I'm more than comfortable cooking for myself, paying bills and washing up. Can provide great references if needed.
I am currently unemployed as I was recently let go from my work, looking for full time work close to or in town. I'm very clean and enjoy reading and playing video games in my spare time. I'm fairly social but I also appreciate my own space and people that can respect that

My husband and I are moving to Adelaide from Bengaluru, India in April and are looking to stay with a flatmate until we find a place of our own. We're going to be using our first couple of weeks to find a house, explore the city, take the culture in and make friends! We love listening to music, watching Netflix and can't start our day without coffee. My husband, Junaid, is a freelance web developer and I'm a graphic designer. Both of us like having new experiences and meeting new people. We like keeping our home tidy and would prefer to live with someone who does as well.

Welcome to Mile End! Easily the closest suburb to the city centre of Adelaide - and we have a great chance for you to move in, right near the heart of all the action! My name is Brad, and I'll be moving to Queensland for work in the next few weeks. My room here in Mile End is now available at the all-inclusive price of $180 per week - a crazy amount for this sort of proximity to the city. The house is on a quiet tree-lined street, literally one over from Mile End train station, which will give you direct access to Adelaide train station (one stop over) and the Seaford and Belair train lines. It's a double-storey townhouse, beautifully kept and modern in design. You'll find a driveway which one housemate parks in, however there is also a lockable garage which is available to use. If you have a car, you will also find on-street parking behind the house. Yes, with being so close to everything, if you don't drive, this place is still so perfect! Inside, you will find a home with full kitchen, including fridge, oven and microwave to use, along with a washing machine, lounge, and dining table and chairs in the common area, along with a very cute outdoor area, perfect for soaking up the peace of the area. Upstairs is where you will find the room up for rent. The room easily fits a double / queen bed and desk, and has a built-in wardrobe with ample space, lockable flyscreen windows, multiple powerpoints at each end of the room, blinds to keep the sun out, and more. I will be taking the bedframe and mattress with me, however, if you wished to move in and keep the desk and chair, I would happily leave that for you to use at a very low cost. You will also share the upstairs bedroom with the person in the next room. It comes equipped with a bath and a shower, basin, toilet and everything else. Your rent will cover everything - including electricity, gas and internet (of which we have 200GB to share, and we never go over) - and usually, we find ourselves paying our bills at the end of the month, and having money leftover, which gets pooled between housemates once bills are organised. As I'll be moving imminently, this room is available as of right now for the right person. Bond payable is $830, and the first two weeks rent will be payable upon your first night in the house. If this fantastic spot sounds like the place you'd like to call home, please message me on Flatmates at any time to ask any questions, or arrange an inspection before this gets snapped up!
Hey, I'm Evan. I work full-time as an engineer, and am looking to move into a house with a backyard, as my goal is to get a dog (one day). Ideally, I'd like to live inner city. I currently train twice a week and have an almost unhealthy obsession with being active/healthy (also thanks to many Netflix food doco's). I have lived in a share house in the inner east for 11 years since moving to Adelaide from the country. Keen to either join an existing share house or find like-minded relaxed people here and find a house. If you want a chill housemate, who respects you and expects your respect in return, isn't obnoxious, has excellent house upkeep standards, and loves to hang/banter, then look here. P.s. My couches are off the charts comfy
Couple in our early 20s we have a dog shes very friendly great temperament we live a pretty clean and quiet life would like to stay 3 to 6 months as we are looking for our own place would like an un furnished room if possible Lyle-work full time in a family business Jess- just moved back from kangaroo island currently unemployed looking for work
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment right in the middle of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and all bills are included in rent price. The room available is quite large for a city apartment. The apartment complex also includes a BBQ, tennis court and sauna. There is an allocated carpark which I park in, however it's usually pretty easy to find a park on the street.

I am looking for friendly, easy going people like myself to move in with somewhere south of Adelaide closer to my work. I am 20 years old and currently have a full-time job as front of house manager at a cafe in Normanville so would rarely be home. I am clean, easy to get along with and enjoy cooking whenever i get the chance :)
