We are keeping the fourth and smallest bedroom as a spare room for extra clothes storage - we currently have a coat rack in there and you are welcome to add to this. Our house rules are pretty basic; don't let the cat out or any "no-voters" in. We don't mind anyone having company over but we are not a party house, we both work a lot and one of us studies so appreciate a relaxing home environment. Hello! The property is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and is in a block of units. It is a fairly quiet set of units, set back off the road with a common garden area. It is in an awesome location, 10-15 minutes from the city and there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the unit :) The unit is nice and modern, and fully furnished except for the available bedroom. However I am happy to negotiate if there are certain furnishings you’d like to bring for the common areas I’d say the room is on the small to medium side - at the moment it comfortably fits a double bed, bedside table, 2 clothes racks and a mirror. Internet is available, I’m happy to split it down the middle which would cost us each $35. I have found other bills to be reasonably cheap as the property has a gas hot water system and heater. All the bills would be split down the middle too, obviously :) There is one park off street, I’m not too fussed on who parks there - right now my sister and I just have a “whoever is there first” system.
