This would have to be in one of the best locations; I am within a short walk to 'all' facilities. The Obahn interchange and Tea Tree Plaza are all here; not much further away is the Modbury Hospital and Centrelink. From here, I used to do the daily drive to Stepney which used to take just over 20 minutes in peak traffic. Of course, the Obahn is no slouch in its travel time; 10 minutes from Modbury to the old exit and probably only about another 10 to get you right into the city. Ideal for students and the business person in that way.

Our home is in a quiet street in Fullarton with friendly neighbours, close to the city and Adelaide University's Waite College. There is a bike lane close by and it's only a 30 min walk to the CBD fringe. The 171 bus stop (3 min) to the city as well as two large supermarkets are both in close walking distance. We are located just one street back from Somerton Beach Esplanade, perfect location for someone who enjoys the beach.
