It’s a nice quiet complex which has a tennis court and swimming pool. Air conditioning in lounge room with recliners, double garage with home gym setup and room for a car (I don’t park mine inside it) plenty of storage room too. Bbq on balcony off lounge room. Also has dishwasher, dryer, I have a Netflix account and don’t mind new housemate using it. Electricity water and wifi to be split. Bedroom has ceiling fan and built in wardrobe and is about 3m x 3m. No specific house rules just clean up after yourself and be respectful. New housemate will have to fill out an application with the complex manager.
