The house also has air conditioning, so in summer you are welcome to leave your door open and lap up the coolness! I tutor 3 school students from home, one or two afternoons only. I use the front room/lounge room for this and the room mate would have to be okay with being reasonably quiet if they are home during this time (although you are more than welcome to use the kitchen, bathroom and so forth as usual). We have a compact Studio Fully Furnished Granny Flat with own access, gas stove, convection microwave, fridge, dishwasher, front loader washing machine, TV, pull down queen bed, lounge, linen, kitchen ware, basically everything required. BBQ. Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet would be by ethernet cable, wifi may be too weak. The ad says shared bathroom but it has it's own bathroom. The system won't remove it. Since it is a granny flat nothing is shared with anyone else. Walking distance to Shelly Beach, shops, golf club, Bateau Bay bowling club. We also have a couple of friendly dogs so no pets please. We are not looking for couples, sorry.
