Ashgrove, Brisbane

Private room with own bathroom

About the property

The room is available now and is centrally located in Ashgrove, being less than 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi etc). Situated at the rear of the complex, it’s very quiet, has fantastic natural light and breezes, and as it’s in a high position the balcony has great, uninterrupted views towards the city.

The available room (3.5m x 3m plus BIR) has its own balcony and you have your own separate bathroom/toilet. There is a small built-in-robe in the bedroom. Ceiling fans are in each room, and an air conditioning unit is in the living area large enough to service the unit if/when required.

The unit is furnished, also with a fully equipped kitchen, so you only need to supply linen for your own room (the room has a Queen bed, bedside table/lamp and a small table and chair) . I have an AEG double-stacked washing machine and 8-star efficiency heat pump clothes dryer, plus there is a clothesline within the complex.

Car parking is available within the complex, or on-street if need be, however there is no additional garage space. There’s a pool for tenant use. Public transport (bus) is well catered for in the vicinity of the unit.

Pets aren’t allowed. No smokers (due health reasons) and single-person applicants only please.

About the flatmates

Hello I’m Philip. I work in an office finance role and I’m easy-going and respectful, and like a very clean and tidy environment to live in. I enjoy my own space, and can respect others space, but equally don’t mind conversation and a few quiet drinks with my fellow flatmate. I like to keep active and as such I jog and do general exercise. Have lived with a range of ages, both male and female flatmates.
