I've just secured the most amazing home in Wilston (right in the village) and since it's massive, I'd love to share it with 1-2 like-minded housemates! I haven't lived in the house yet but I used to work 50m away and I can confirm, this location is one of the best pockets of the inner north. It is only a 50m stroll to cafes, restaurants, ice creameries, boutique stores etc. major buses run along Kedron Brook Road (end of the street, only several doors away), Wilston train station is 750m away (8-10min stroll) and there are parks, gyms and the Newmarket pool all walking distance. The house itself is 4 bed, 2.5 bath and 3 car with a large in-ground swimming pool (complete with giant inflatable pool toys). There is a third floor rooftop terrace (capacity is 15) with city views in addition to a large terrace on level two off the kitchen and main living area plus a third deck on level one overlooking the pool with French doors from bed 3 and the family room opening onto this. There is zoned ducted ac, intercom access to the property, gas cooking, outdoor kitchen on the main terrace and heat strips on the main terrace as a bonus.
