My place is a new build - modern, clean and low maintenance. It's a quick drive to multiple bays, and if you enjoy heading to Straddie, it's not too far away. Or a quick ferry to other islands like Coochiemudlo. It's surrounded by nature, good restaurants, bars, shops, parks, forests, and the bay. I've got 3 rooms to myself, plus my living area. We'll be sharing the fully furnished kitchen and dining (open plan connected to my living area), patio area, and garage parking space (you can also store garage items in there - I have an extra storage shelf if needed). Walking 10 minutes along side the tranquil Pumicestone Passage, and crossing only one road, you come to the award winning Sandstone Point Hotel. With a 5 min drive, you arrive on beautiful Bribie Island and all it has to offer.
