As the owner i reside on the ground level, in my 40s, quiet and working professional. (Also have working with children and police check to view these if required and you're the successful tenant).

Preference would be single male or female, or one couple. Pets considered on a case by case basis due to not having the front fenced and currently open on sides of garage.

Bond is 4 weeks plus two weeks advanced rent.
