Its a great house in a lovely leafy suburb. Decking front and back, with a nice sized garden. It has air conditioning, Foxtel and wifi. The main rule is you must be a cat lover. I have two very friendly but wary cats, and as it is their house too they have to be comfortable with you. Five minutes walk to the train station, close to shopping centres in Ferny Grove, Keperra and Arana Hills.
