It's a large 3m x 2.8m room (not including the study nook next to the window) so it's easily big enough for a queen bed, desk and furniture. There's a ceiling fan to keep you cool and a double built in wardrobe (one side has a mirror) to store all of your things. The bedroom is located at the front of house, away from the lounge and kitchen area making it a nice and peaceful spot to enjoy some R&R or a good sleep in. Located in a green and leafy street in Mitchelton, the house is very secure as the block is fully fenced. There's also a double garage with a roller door where you can park your car so its undercover. Access to the garage is via your own remote so no need to get out of your car and the front door is only meters away. My favourite part of the house though is the big deck at the rear of the house. This is a perfect spot for a BBQ or a few cold bevies after work on a Friday. Living with myself part-time is my 11 year old son who stays every second week (Friday to Friday). He's also a very chilled person, low maintenance and will definitely keep you entertained (when he's off his Xbox that is). I'm generally an early riser (around 5.30am) and work pretty standard hours. I also work away one week per month so the house will be all yours then. I'm into running and going to the gym (either one i do on a daily basis) and still play a little AFL. Oxford Train Station is only 700m away, Blackwood Street is 1km away (where you'll find great coffee, food and drinks) and the Brookside Shopping Centre (Coles, Woolworths, Big W etc.) is 1.2km away.
