The apartment is on the fourth (penthouse) floor of the apartment and is super peaceful and quiet. There are two bedrooms total and a bathroom/laundrette - I have an ensuite connected to my bedroom, so I will only need to enter your bathroom for laundry! It’s basically your private bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and I’ve furnished most of the house including a washer & dryer, fridge etc. The balcony is huge!!! I have a big bar table out there and it only takes up a third of the length. Small pets will be considered pending the landlords approval! The apartment complex is lovely and all the residents are quiet and friendly. There is a good sized pool that is always well-maintained.

There is only 1 bathroom but fairly big and space for your personal belongings. There are 2 shopping centres 5-10 minute walk, Mitchelton train station(20+ minute walk) and buses down the street, gyms, restaurants around, and 20 minutes from Brisbanes CBD.

The house is in a really good spot, has an awesome view, really spacious, newly renovated and has the overall feeling of home. We're in walking distance of shops, train and bus stations. The CBD is just 15-20 min drive. The house is maintained by us, but the yard is looked after by the landlord. We have great neighbours and have never had any troubles, also no barking dogs.

Would have to sign the lease by November 19 but won't need to move in until January 19 2018 (real estate not me)
