The apartment is modern, comfortable, and set up for easy living. It has ducted air conditioning in every room, a dishwasher, and a balcony with direct gate access to the pool, which is perfect in summer. The apartment is fully furnished in all shared spaces, with everything set up, except for the available bedroom which is unfurnished.
The bedroom itself comes with its own ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe, so you’ve got plenty of space and privacy.
The location is a huge plus. It’s super close to the city and the complex itself has everything you need, including a café, hairdresser, Pilates studio, and a grocery store right downstairs.

About the flatmates
Hey, I’m Ayden. I work full time in hospitality management so my weeks can be pretty busy, but I’m super relaxed at home. I’m clean, easy to live with, and like keeping shared spaces tidy without being strict about it. I’m social and up for the occasional party or drinks, but I also like having a chilled place where everyone can do their own thing.
Outside of work I’m into sport, especially rugby and football, gym sessions, and good food. I’m happy living with male or female housemates and would ideally be looking for someone around a similar age. Just after a friendly, laid back household with good communication and mutual respect.
