You're only five minutes away from shops and the bus route and about 10-15 away from the city centre depending on traffic. If you're not familiar with Paddington, it's full of lovely coffee shops, hills and trees, all of which we're close to. The apartment itself is already furnished except for the bedroom you would be moving into. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc. Bills (electricity, gas and internet) are not included in the rent but aren't too hectic. There is pretty much an endless supply of tea, wine, cat videos and movies. You definitely don't need to bring any teacups, we have so, so many. It's a light and breezy place with a little veranda for morning coffees, evening reads or sunset wines. Street parking is super easy or there are a couple of visitor spots that are usually free to take if you have a car. The room itself is nestled amongst the trees (not really, but it feels that way sometimes). Can fit a double/queen bed, a small desk, and has a built-in wardrobe.
