Hi! I'm looking to break lease in the next month as I need to move close to work. I've been here 9 months and absolutely love my little unit! It's has so much character and is in beautiful condition. It's so perfect and affordable for a single person or a couple - though the sun room is huge and can absolutely be a second bedroom or study. Little kitchen but with added shelves it's totally enough. Suuper light and breezy. Reverse cycle air con in main living area which easily spreads through whole home - however there's so many windows which allow beautiful breeze to flow through. Very spacious dining/living area + lounge room as well. On a busy road but at the back of the property so not noisy. Beautiful views looking over the tree tops and out to Mt Cootha. I currently have a standing shelf/pantry in the kitchen and standing wardrobe in each of the bedrooms which I'm happy to leave for a small price. :) Walking distance to everything Paddington + Rosalie have to offer, and very close to multiple bus stops. The dog will have the run of the yard, there is very large established shady trees and a barbeque area on a true double block. This house has very nice airflow, but also airconditioning for those very hot summer nights. Just bring yourself and make yourself at home. No drugs or excessive alcohol.
