The flat is an older building, it has polished wooden floors though-out, a Better Homes and Gardens inspired colour scheme, a decent kitchen with gas stove, large living room, air conditioning, cable internet, two small balconies, communal laundry, a big back-yard. Located on a quite street, there are a couple of shops nearby, and a bus stop that goes to the city. The room is moderately sized and features a big built-in wardrobe, polished wood floor, and a large window that gets morning sun. Rent is $140 per week. Split equally, power + gas + internet comes out to around $25-35 per week each.

Renovated Queenslander, open style lounge and kitchen with great sunsets and breeze (being on a hill). Safe area, fast access to Milton road and Western freeway / Mnt Cootha. We have aircon + aircon in the room. Beautiful Queenslander style windows to let in the light and fresh air. Wooden floors, modern fittings, plenty of storage space. The room currently fits a queen + desk + bookcase + lamp (to give u idea of the space) Wifi is $20 a month for unlimited fast wifi - yew!! It's through TPG. We have one room free in our three bedroom place. It's a great little place on the top floor of a two-storey house. It's close to public transport (buses nearby, including the Maroon Glider) and only a 15 minute drive to the city! The room has timber floors and windows. It is unfurnished (there is a bed in the photo that is not included). However, there is a wardrobe available if you would like to use it. There would be room for a cat or a small inside dog (no fenced yard, unfortunately!). We have a lovely balcony area, too. Internet is unlimited and split between 3 housemates ($20 each per month) and there is a bond payment ($533). Electricity is extra.

This is a quiet house with a large kitchen and bathroom. Apart from the three bedrooms, the are a further three small living & working spaces and a neat backyard that we keep mown ourselves. Our house is very close to buses into the city, a Woolworths and good hang outs. It's pretty good not having wifi here, too. Neither of us have the need for it so it's one less bill to pay.

Hi, I have a large bedroom soon to be available in a chilled Ashgrove sharehouse. The unfurnished master bedroom provides access to the back deck, and catches the morning sunrise nicely. Another room is an option for $120 p/wk. A washing machine is available for use, with a clothes line. Bills are seperate from weekly rent, and are shared evenly by housemates. We have unlimited internet from TPG for $20 a month. The place is about 20 minutes from Mount Glorious for the bushwalkers, and is a short walk to take aways/ shops, and the bus stop into the city.
