2 Rooms available in an established share house.
Previously split 2 guys upstairs / 2 girls downstairs. (BED 2 & BED 4)
You'll be living with:
Jack 27 M (it/programming - remote worker hybrid but mostly out during the week day)
Christina 26 F (digital marketing girly - wfh Wednesdays and rdo every second Friday)
Everyone works full time. House is generally quiet during the week, more social on weekends.
Not a party house but decent space for entertaining/birthdays/dinners etc.
Ideally after someone social but independent, tidy, and easy to live and hang out with.
We currently split a cleaner 4 ways $50pw to cover bathrooms, vacuumimg and mopping fortnightly.
Other bills split 4 ways.
