Stunning two bedroom, one bathrooom workers cottage in Bardon.
High ceilings through most of the house, updated bathroom and a nice big, leafy backyard with entertainment patio.
Shared Office/Study with plenty of space avaible for a desk and high quality internet.

Aircon in Living room.

Located on Jubilee Terrace (Main road) so there is a bit of traffic noise but the brick front of the house doesn well to block it out and you get use to it very quickly.

Under house laundry, storage and arts and crafts area.
Will be sharing the house with one guy, 30 years old full time working. Splitting time between a Lab Technician, Tattoo Artist and working at a music venue.

Also sharing with one Dachshund, Denzel.
Very tiny guy, loves to do nothing, will want to lick the inside of your mouth and sit on your lap.

Bills split, working out to around $30 a week for gas, water, electricity and internet

The Room : (Bed 2 in floor plan)
3.1m x 3.6m with a massive amount of built-in wardrobe storage. Really, LOTS, like you are wondering why they even put them in that high.

Ceiling fan in room, large windows with curtains - lots of freash air and circulation. The aircon in the living room can also cool the room down enough if it is too hot.

Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished.
