About the flatmates
Hey, I’m Ned, 23, working full-time in the CBD. My housemate is moving out in late January, so I’m looking for someone to take the room around the start of February.
A bit about me: during the week, I like to keep things simple. I’m usually out playing footy or exercising after work, and when I’m home I like to unwind with a quiet night, some sport on TV, and an early sleep. Weekends are a mix of catching up with mates or just taking it easy at home.
I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a relaxed and inviting home atmosphere. Someone friendly, considerate, and tidy, who’s happy keeping the place fairly low-key during the week. Nothing strict, just the usual respectful housemate relationship.
The place itself is in a great spot: close to the train station and only about 15 minutes into the city. I’ve also always been reliable with rent, bills, and general upkeep, and it’d be great to live with someone on the same page.
