Hi there, I currently have my spare bedroom available for rent in Newmarket. Beautiful little townhouse located in Newmarket, a 10 min drive out of the city and a $15 uber to the valley ;) Super close to newmarket shops and coles (literally a 2 min walk) Its a safe and quiet location. Bedroom on offer has a double builtin wardrobe, shared bathroom with1 flatmate. The property has a leafy courtyard which is super cute, we have great neighbours and a pet cat named zeus
