The main train and bus station is across the road (2 minute walk) - lots of transport options. There's an outdoor courtyard off the living room, with a BBQ and outdoor setting - great place to get some sun and watch the world go by. We live in a large and comfortable house located at Sparkes Hill, Stafford, a five minute walk to Shand Street for the 345 Bus route ideal for students attending QUT Kelvin Grove or Gardens Point. We are also within walking distance to Stafford City Shopping Centre, Woolworths and Cinemas, as well as the Kedron Brook Bike Path. Our house is a family home, with a big kitchen and Lounge room as well as space to spread out for some quiet time.
