Looking for a preferably female university student to fill a room in Alderley. The house is close to the shops and train station into the city with a bus route to the city on our street. The neighbours are friendly and quiet, and the house is fully furnished.
Currently, there are 3 roommates living in the house, one with a cat in the downstairs room. All very friendly and clean and under 27 years old. There is a garage, on-street parking and a fully stocked kitchen, living room and laundry.
The room has air conditioning, a built-in large wardrobe, and a dresser. It also has a bedframe and mattress that can either be used by the new flatmate or moved to accommodate your furniture. Photo of the room includes things that will be removed for new flatmate.
