This is a really nice rented unit in Alderley. Location is very handy - five minute walk to train station and supermarket, and The Ploughman up the road has great beer. There's also plenty of garage space! The Kedron brook cycle way goes past our doorstep, so if you like your exercise, the area is perfect! Lots of nature around, bird feeding on the daily, a resident possum thats a little too friendly and quiet neighbours. The room is downstairs so is quite private, has built-ins and its own bathroom. The house is massive and definitely doesn't have a share-house feel! In terms of roommates, there are three, but one is only home approx 3 months a year, so there will really only be 3 in the house once our new (lucky) roommate moves in. We're looking for someone to move in for 6 months - but if that doesn't suit, drop us a line anyway to discuss :)
We live in a three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with two living areas! It’s only a 5 minute walk to major bus lines (345, 390, 360, P343 and more) that get you to the city in 20 minutes - as well as a 10 minute walk to Newmarket station. We’re also super close to Newmarket village which has all the major necessities (Grill’d!!). We have Netflix, aircon in all bedrooms and lounge room plus off street parking. It’s a bit of an older townhouse but it has lots of character and we prefer to call it a townhome.

The house is a huge 2 storey place with offstreet parking. - The room is large, light filled and unfurnished - 3 living areas, with the upstairs entertaining area opening up onto a deck and courtyard with a fire pit - 2 bathrooms and an additional 2 powder rooms - Across the road from the train station and walking distance to Newmarket village.
It’s a newly renovated home with great natural light and a large deck in the common area. The house is full of plants giving it a great feel. The Flatmate will have their own private room with a private deck looking out into the back yard and their own bathroom. The bathroom is detached from the room and is the main bathroom for the house. The room has built in wardrobes and integrated desk. Being a newly renovated home we expect all common areas, main bathroom and the bedroom to be kept clean and presentable. We also have a dog. One thing to note is, that although the interior of the house is newly renovated and very comfortable, we are still completing some renovating work on the exterior of the house. Hi there, up for rent is the very large master bedroom in a three-bedroom townhouse which has air-conditioning, a walk-in robe and private ensuite. The third room is kept as a spare. My roommate moves out on January 15th, but the move in date is somewhat flexible as we have the spare room that can be used in the meantime. I have all of the essential furniture, except for in the bedroom so moving in should be fairly straight forward. The house is in a great location with a very short walk to Newmarket Village which has a Coles, brand new cinemas, great shopping and an abundance of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We will also be nearby to local parks and walkways, bus and train transport and less than 5kms to the CBD. Small pets are ok on body corporate approval.
****NOTE**** I only have 1 bedroom available for rent! It’s a 3 bedroom, two-storey townhouse (3rd bedroom is a spare/ study, happy for you to use as well) there are 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet downstairs. The master bedroom is $240 a week with en-suite and walk in robe. Or the other bedroom is $228 a week, and is decently sized - fits a queen size bed, two bedside tables and drawers (so you definately don’t have to worry about a small pokey room) with this bedroom you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself which is massive and has a bath! The place is fully furnished, except you’ll need your own bedroom furniture. It also has a great outdoors area to sit and relax. The townhouse is part of a complex with a small gym and a pool. Netflix and internet is available but not included in the rent. Gas (the hot water is on gas) and electricity bills are seperate.
