Room has been freshly carpeted and has its own new split system aircon! Alderley train station is a 4min walk and there is plenty of buses. 7.6km from the city so only a 10 min drive. You will also be sharing with a beautiful 6 year old boxer called Cleo who is super loving and well trained! The house is just off Kedron Brook Bikeway, a 20km path along beautiful creeks and parks. There is such beautiful wildlife. Hello! I have a regular size room and a smaller size room for rent in a Queenslander house in Newmartket. The house is located very close to the train station (2 min walking distance). Room 1: unfurnished Room 2: unfurnished Room 3: My room - this is the sunroom converted into a bedroom. Rest of the house: Is fully furnished with 2 sweet black cats! There is a third lady that lives downstairs who has a dog and two cats also. We would have a separate entrance and she has her own shower and bathroom. Tbh - I hardly ever see her. Backyard - great size! with undercover parking for one more car. Any other cars would be parked on the grass behind the house. Who am I: I am a 27 year old professional female. Very friendly!. I do like to keep to myself but I love to have good chats too, but I respect everyones space and privacy. I am currently a relationship manager for RACV but am wanting to return back to vet nursing. I play touch footy Tues, Wed, Thurs :p so I feel like I'm out of the house a lot. I'm definitely keen on having some boys move in!
