We are looking for a housemate who can keep things clean to live in a shared house at Lloyd Street, Alderley. It's 300 meters from Coles Alderley and the same distance to public transport (bus345/390/360). There are two rooms in the house and two in granny's flat. The house and the granny's flat are separate. So you will be living with one housemate only, and you only share the bathroom, toilet and sink with one person. Four weeks notice required before moving out and min three-month stay. It is a decent size room and it has a bedside table, study table, computer chair, two cabinets and wardrobes, fridge, microwave, and a sunbed. Cooking utensil is all for share but need to clean up after use. There is an air-conditioner. The owner doesn't like people cooking using the cooktop. Cooking something not oiling is acceptable. Hello everyone I am just about to sign on to a new lease for this gorgeous two bed apartment in New Farm. My current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am hoping to find a new awesome person to share this little gem with. The property has its own little private courtyard and off-street entrance. It also has the benefits of a pool and a big outdoor deck, perfect for bbq's in summer time. Located in central New Farm, it is 1 min away from the bus stop and walking distance to the shops and central Brisbane. The apartment complex is very calm and quiet, and situated on a quiet, leafy street. It is also just a block away from amazing views of the Brisbane river, Howard Smith Wharves and the Story Bridge. The move in date is fairly flexible at this stage – my housemate is able to move out basically at any time and we are hoping to have this all organised as soon as possible before Christmas and the holiday season comes around.
