Hello! I have had to move to Townsville quite quickly and need someone to take over my place in this house! This is by far the best house I've ever lived in while being in Brisbane for 5 years! It has ducted aircon throughout the whole house and is fairly new so everything is modern! 2 outdoor areas with the front having city views! I had no issue with real estate approving my cat to live in the house as well.

Public transport is very accessible from where we live. Even the train station is just walking distance from home. The area is pretty quiet and our home is not a party house. You can get a good rest when you come home tired from work or from uni.

We have a family of magpies who like to hang out on the outdoor table and they will often sing for treats. Laze in the hammock and enjoy this paradise! The deck is duplicated underneath with the same size and Warren has his own access so you’ll often have the deck to yourself. It’s very peaceful for studying, yoga, afternoon hangs with friends or a wine at sunset. The decks and yard were a key reason we wanted to live here! You’ll instantly fall in love! We have hosted many a soiree out there. Newmarket shopping centre is walking distance away and Banks Street Reserve is a stone’s throw away. So is a perfect location for students or foodies and coffee lovers with multiple cafes and restaurants to choose from in the village. The room comfortably fits a queen bed and furnishings with a ceiling fan. There is plenty of storage space and a spare space that can be converted to either a second lounge or study. There is a small balcony out the front and a large outdoor area. There is also plenty of garage storage for any excess things such as bikes/boards. Apart from your room the house is mostly furnished.. we just don't have a TV in the main living space. Bills are splint evenly between the 4 housemates. Internet is additional to the rent. The photos give a good idea of space however furnishings are different now.
