The total weekly rent is $400 for the property -- so the total of $230/week (as advertised) includes rent and all bills i.e. Telstra WIFI (high speed), electricity, water. Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay $200 towards rent, and split bills as they come up I am happy with that arrangement. Please note I am willing to haggle to a point - so if you like the property; please feel free to arrange a time to check it out. Be quick! :) All I would ask is if you were to move in if you could please provide me two weeks notice if you decide to leave; or two weeks rent if you wish to leave immediately -- simply so I have time to find a new flatmate :)
Very convenient , great location close (1block away) to markets (Coles) , shops , gym, train station, bus stops , cinemas, etc :) . About the room you will be having your own bathroom , built in wardrobe , queen bed size. It is great option for University students .It is a very clean and comfortable place to live and relax .Minimum stay 2 months the bond is 2 weeks (flexible/neg).
