About the flatmates
Friendly middle aged couple with one adult left at home, we live upstairs with a pet dog. Huge house and yard, great pool! There is a separate entry for downstairs, shared laundry. Big downstairs kitchen, lounge room and dining area. There is a patio out the front which is lovely and an area in the front garden under the jacaranda tree that is equally as nice.
We have had two women renting downstairs already, both are childcare workers. The front room is vacant from 8th April.
It is a happy house and we keep to ourselves. The suburb is fun, with restaurants, bars and parks all very close. The airport is 15 min drive away and we aren't under the flight path.
