Individual person per week is $250 and couples are $280. WE LOVE OUR APARTMENT!! I love that it is so close to the train station, city, food markets and restaurants. We love that we are able to swim in the summer time and use the gym to burn off some of those sweets. We have a massive patio which we love to use during the summer and sometimes eat outside on our days off. We also love our air-con! Everyone that lives here in the complex is respectful and quiet (I have not heard a party once).
This property has a super welcoming and homely feel to it which is great when first moving out. It is in a nice street with most of the neighbours having pets and super close to public transport. It also has a big backyard and we will most likely be getting a dog in the next few months

You’d be sharing the bathroom with Ellie - it has pretty good storage the shower is also a bath (winning!) Off street parking available every second week (you’ll rotate this with Ellie), however on the off weeks there is street parking as well as the train station next door.
