Our home is set amongst well established trees, 2 minutes walk to thriving cafes and restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the Albion train station which will take you wherever you might like to go from the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, to the City and West. It takes me only 10 minutes in total to get from home to the City via train. If bus is your thing, there is a bus stop at the end of our street!! It is a minutes walk from the major bus services and is 1 stop from RBWH and 3 from QUT. It's a 2 minute walk to major train services and 3 stops from Central Station. There are some amazing Cafes and Restaurants around and all the Uber eats options you could want.

My awesome housemate is moving to be with his girlfriend. We met on this website and he's been the best housemate (Nearly two, tidy, fun, argument-free years) so I thought I'd give the site another go;- Medium sized room available in Clayfield. Nice modern apartment. Room comes with a portable air-conditioner and a good cityscape view (which I didn't think to photograph, remind me to get on that). Garage space. 10-15 minute train or bus ride to city (Bus stop to the city is literally at the front door). Shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The apartment is easy to keep clean and looks great. Plus its a floor up and very secure (high and secure enough that there's never any bugs of any kind too). Available Sept/Oct-ish. Pretty flexible to suit your availability :) Oh and, bond is paid straight to me, I'll be happy to help if paying it all in one go is a bit of a hit during the move. The house is an old qlder with 3 bedrooms plus a sunroom, 1 small bathroom and lots of common areas. Small uncovered deck out the back and a covered one out front. There is a large fenced backyard but we are not allowed to have pets on the lease but our neighbours dog likes to visit. We have Netflix, Stan, YouTube all hooked up to the tv.
