It's a 2 bedroom unit in a block of 6 with an interior that looks about 90's (not modern and not really old). Walking distance to Albion train station (less than 10 minutes) and Windsor station (a different train line) is only about 12 min walk (if for some reason one line is not working). Bus stop on Lutwyche road is about 2 min walk. Lutwyche shopping center is about 3 min drive. It has a lockup garage which can be used for some amount of storage but I am afraid the garage is home to my baby so you won't be able to park in there. However there is 95% of the time a spare car space right next to our stairwell. On street parking is always available if for some reason the 4 on site spaces are taken. There is technically a balcony, but not much to see out there. It's certainly had the occasional BBQ, but it's a generally quiet spot if you want to put your feet up and sit in the "fresh" Brisbane air. I have a simple kitchen table and couch (can fold out into a bed if a friend needs to stay over night). I also have a BBQ on the balcony. You will need your own bed and fridge. I have a small personal fridge that isn't big enough for 2 people long term but can be used until you get yourself a fridge. I have a small chest freezer that I can make a small amount of space available in if need be. In a recent development, I have just got a brand new Samsung 4K TV which is available for your use in the lounge room. Only 2 bills need to be shared. Power and internet. The internet is Telstra 500gb per month boosted cable broardband divided between the two of us is $12.50 per week. Power bill will be divided between the 2 of us for which ever percentages of the billing period you are here. Generally don't see or hear any of the neighbors!

Netflix, unlimited (cable, so very fast) internet, gas hotwater (so we never run out!), gas cooking, electricity and water all included in rent (with reasonable usage). House is wired for Foxtel if you're wanting to add this service as well. Pets are negotiable on the lease.
