Hi potential flatmates! Sadly we’re losing one of our existing roomies who’s moving to Cairns, so we’re looking for a replacement in our Lutwyche duplex from the end of May/ beginning of June. The room is unfurnished, has a built in wardrobe and plenty of space for a queen bed, and probably a small desk. (Bedroom 3 on the floor plan). You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other guy. The place is located in a quiet street 200m from Fitness First and Jetts gyms, 3-5min walk to Lutwyche Rd buses, 5-10 min walk to Coles and Aldi at Lutwyche central and a 10min walk to Albion train station. There’s a fair amount of storage space (probably not enough for much furniture, but plenty for boxes etc). On street parking only, but there is plenty nearby. The house is generally furnished, but we’ll be losing a washing machine and TV with our housemate, so if you have these that would be amazing! Rent is $150/wk, bond is $620. Bills are extra: wifi is $20/month, and electricity/water probably comes to about $200 per person per quarter. Lease runs until January 2018, when we should have the option to renew. Available date of 1st June is approximate at this stage, and if you need it a few days earlier I’m sure we could figure something out. We’re looking for a laid back person who’ll make a nice fit.
