Hey there! Rob here. I'm a full time uni student studying surveying and work at a coffee shop down the road part time. With my uni placement coming up ill be in WA for 11-12 weeks from the 22nd November so I'm looking to rent out my room while I'm gone. It's a spacious big bedroom with alot of light. Keeps very cool due to it being a Queensland too. Room features a big Queens bed with linen provided, has great space for clothes and also a big tall boy for more storage. But yeah Monday to Friday me and a the other housemates (Chloe and Lisa) follow a similar pattern off work/study then relaxing on a night time. Weekends are pretty chill drinks every now and again and what not but a super chill and happy place to live. Chloe is a full time marketing manager and DJ's on weekends professionally across clubs in Brissy. Lisa works at the same coffee shop I do and also studys. Third house mate is a lovely dog called Atari who's half labrador/ half kelpie, so being fine with dogs is a must. I will be subsidising some of the rent so it will only cost you $150 per week Inc bills which I think is extremely competitive for Albion. All we ask is to be respectful and easy going and you'll fit in fine for the 3 months or so you'll be here. But yeah Super chilled vibe, I've lived here for nearly 2 years and love it. This is a gorgeous house in a great location. Very spacious upstairs and downstairs living, pool and large garden. We are three female flatmates who have become friends who are seeking two quiet females to join us in our amazing house (aged between 25 - 30) We are all in professional Monday - Friday jobs so during the week we are all very chilled out. This unit has amazing views to the city and out to Mt Coot-Tha. It is spacious, clean and tidy. There are two balconies to escape to and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. The living area is air conditioned and the bedrooms get a lovely breeze through summer although a fan may be needed sometimes.
