This new property boasts effiency and comfort for those whose lifestyle surrounds the inner city and northern suburbs. Everything is so close with the Lutwyche shopping centre (Gym/Groceries/Liquor/Hairdresser/etc) less than 1km away. The Lutwyche Busway is only a 5 minute walk and the Albion Train Station is also a 5 minute walk. My apartment is very neat and tidy. There is key pad security, off street parking and it is in a great position re proximity to the city and public transport. Just a five minute walk to the express bus stop and the train station. There is shopping and food outlets just across the road. There is air conditioning and a small city view from the balcony. The apartment is fully furnished including kitchen crockery and cutlery.
Some great points are that we are located withing 10 minutes (traffic permitting) of the city, only 1.5kms to Wooloowin train station or 1.4kms to Albion train station (both have trains departing at 15 minute intervals). The house itself is an old Queenslander with hardwood floors. Most household furniture is included ie TV, Sofa, and kitchen gear. We also have a dishwasher and even a ping pong table in our downstairs entertainment area! Additionaly of all there is a great dog called Diesel. He is a 2 year old ridgeback x staffy and will demand his weight in attention. We currently have a dinner roster in place and would love someone who is happy to cook in our group. Wifi is unlimited and will be $12 a month. We also have contents insurance which is extra as well as electricity and gas.

About the apartment: Modern designed 3 bedroom apartment in leafy Clayfield. Situated on Oriel Rd toward the back of a small complex it's both quiet and tranquil yet close to everything. Short walk to cafes, restaurants and shops, only a 15 minute bus ride into the city centre and a 15 minute drive to the airport. The apartment features 3 decent sized bedrooms, two bathrooms (incl. ensuite), fully ducted airconditioning and modern fixtures and fittings. The level is shared with one other apartment and the communal pool and BBQ area, which is shared with the four other apartments in the complex.
