We have a massive patio which we love to use during the summer and sometimes eat outside on our days off. We also love our air-con! Everyone that lives here in the complex is respectful and quiet (I have not heard a party once).
This property has a super welcoming and homely feel to it which is great when first moving out. It is in a nice street with most of the neighbours having pets and super close to public transport. It also has a big backyard and we will most likely be getting a dog in the next few months

Perfectly connected through public transport with plenty of bus services to the CBD, and 3 train lines going through Albion train station; it is only a 10min train ride (3 stops) to central station, and 6min ride to Fortitude Valley (2 stops). There is air conditioning in the living area, however, there always is a nice breeze flowing and there has not been one time (yet) that air conditioning needed to be turned on! You will be surprised by how close to everything this unit is and how quiet it can be!
