50m from the Brisbane river, a 10 minute stroll to the ferry, Oxford Street and markets. What's not to love! Very easy place to live if you work in the city or love going out on weekends.
You'll get the master bedroom and ensuite, with access to a massive balcony. Street parking is very easy here however if you need a car park we can discuss it.
I occasionally have a visitor or 2 and have no issues if you do also.
Lounge and kitchen is cleaned by a cleaner every fortnight (at no cost to you), and for an extra $25 they can clean your bedroom and bathroom also.
I have a lovely cat named Mavis who would also act like your rent-a-cat while you are here.

Hi there
I'm a chilled but clean and tidy 48 year old living the dream at Bulimba. I enjoy yoga in the park and strolling to Oxford Street to jump on the ferry to Eat Street or see a movie. I work full time as a social worker and when I'm not at work I'm generally out and about socialising or finding some of the fun things to do around the city.
I like a chat and am an excellent and kind communicator. I will also respect your space and if you're more of a 'quiet when you get home person' I will respect that too.
