This is a spacious townhouse close to Racecourse Road and Portside Wharf. It has a dual garage and ample space for three people. Parking a car in the garage would be an extra $50 per month although there is plenty of on street parking too. It is approximately a 100m walk to Bretts Wharf ferry terminal or a bus stop to access the city (around a 15-20min journey). Big 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house with lots of room and space, a pool, gardens are nice and maintained, internet, power, water, gas, etc are all included in the rent. The only real rules are to keep the house tidy and clean, no smoking, lock up when you leave, and turn all lights/air con off when you leave the house - nothing too over the top I think. One of the best things about this house is the security and privacy, and that we're in a very quiet part of balmoral but still walking distance from oxford st!

In short, location. We live in a leafy Newstead street close to the Gasworks shops, bars and public transport. The City and Valley are walkable and since the Riverwalk is right across the road, that's not a bad option.
